Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal:
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day of receipt of the goods.
Customers outside the EU: Please contact us if you wish to return your order. We will review the return individually and inform you about the conditions and return shipping costs.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please send an email to
post@stefaneichhorn.de with your order number and the request for return. We will then send you further information about the return process.
Return Shipping Costs:
The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer, unless the goods arrived defective or damaged.
Refund:
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
Individually made or personalized objects cannot be returned.
Damaged or Lost Goods:
Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Report damaged or lost packages immediately so that we can find a solution together.
Condition of Goods to be Returned:
Please return the goods unused and if possible in the original packaging, unless they are defective.
